Welcome to LaoZhang API. We take privacy and personal information protection seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information.

Core statement: LaoZhang API is a technical API access platform. We do not store, view or analyze request content transmitted through the API, including inputs and outputs. We only record necessary metadata for billing and troubleshooting.
1. Service nature
LaoZhang API provides technical AI API access for enterprise developers, system integration and internal tool development.
The platform does not store API prompt or response content, does not cache content, does not fine-tune or train models with user data, and does not analyze or profile users based on API content.
2. Information collected
Account information may include registration information such as email address and payment information.
Service metadata may include call timestamp, model name, token consumption, endpoint type and request status. Logs do not include prompts, model responses or any specific content.
3. Use of information
Information is used to provide, maintain and improve the service, process payments and billing, troubleshoot issues, provide technical support and communicate service matters.
4. Data security
Data transmission uses TLS 1.3 encryption. Storage is minimized because API request content is not stored.
Only authorized technical personnel may access necessary log data, and security measures are reviewed and updated regularly.
5. Data retention
Service metadata logs are retained for 7 days and then automatically deleted.
Account information is retained while the service is used and deleted after account cancellation according to applicable requirements. Payment records are retained according to financial regulations.
6. Cross-border data transfer
Users understand that API requests may be transmitted to overseas AI model providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google for processing.
Users confirm they have the right to transmit such data and are responsible for compliance obligations.
7. Information sharing
Personal information is not shared with third parties except with explicit consent, where required by law, or where necessary to transmit API requests to upstream AI model providers.
8. User rights
Users may access account information, correct inaccurate information, delete accounts and request a copy of their data by contacting customer support.
9. User recommendations
Users should avoid including sensitive personal information in API requests, de-identify or anonymize data before transmission, use the service for internal systems and development testing, and ensure they have necessary rights and authorizations.
10. Policy updates
The policy may be updated from time to time. Updated policies will be published on the website, and major changes may be notified by email or website notice.
